Medicare Simplified: Clear Process and Costs

  1. The first step is a free, 15-minute assessment call––no charge, just a chance to get to know you and gather information.
  2. If we mutually decide it’s the right time to move forward, Gebhardt Group’s team will dive into research and schedule an hour-long meeting. This will consist of an in-depth overview of how Medicare works, how much it costs, and the choices you have available to you. A personalized email with recommended next steps including a personalized timeline of when to sign up for Medicare is also included.
  3. In the final stage, we’ll go over your medical history and preferences to make sure you land on a plan (or plans) that’s tailored to your specific needs. We’ll then meet to discuss plan recommendations and address any questions you have. Once you’ve chosen your plan(s), we’ll handle the application process, supporting you all the way. Plus, we’ll provide follow-up assistance as needed and re-evaluate your plan(s) annually during the Medicare Annual Enrollment period in the fall.
